Three things that I’ve learned doing this assignment is going more in-depth and describing what, where and how the incident happened when writing an incident report, accountability as well when there is an error is made being able to express and write down who has done it is very important finally learning how to write an appropriate incident report in general, this gives me an idea on what to expect when I will be writing my own.
Objective:
Health and safety for the individuals we support
To prevent accidents from happening in the workplace
To prevent it from occurring again
To prevent people from dying/getting seriously injured
Keeping organized
To be more careful
For record purposes
Ensure safety issues
